GRC On-Line Court Scheduling
1. Go to the new club website http://www.georgetownrec.com/
2. Click on Sign On tab
3. Enter your e-mail address and password.
4. Move the mouse pointer to “Tennis” in the upper right – a drop
down menu appears.
5. Click on “reserve a court” A matrix of the four courts will appear
for the current date
6. If you are making a reservation for the current day, click on the
boxes for the desired available court and time segments. Please
note, if you are scheduling a match, you will need to reserve the
allotted time it will take to complete the match. (up to 3 hours).
7. If the reservation is for a future date (up to a week out) click on
the Date window, select the day, then select the available court
and time segments.
8. If you check a box by mistake, just click it again and the check
mark will disappear.
9. Once you have made your reservation choice, click on the Update
Reservations button at the bottom of the form.
10. To print out your reservation, click on View a print- friendly
version
You can review all of your reservations by going to the tennis home page and clicking on My Reservations. All of your open reservations will display by day and time segments. If you find you will not be using one of your reservations, you can click on Delete and it will be removed. As a courtesy to other members we ask that you delete any unneeded reservations promptly.
